Contest Method – KKSP/FreshTalk 93.3 announced at approx 6:18am while on KATV TV that we would give a pair of tickets to every third person who “Liked” FreshTalk 933 on Facebook for the next ten minutes, or until approx 6:28am on 5/21.

Prize – two tickets to the 2012 Riverfest. Contest winners are bound by all rules and regulations set by Riverfest, including the redemption of tickets for wristbands. Once awarded, tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets have no cash value. FreshTalk will give away up to 100 tickets in this contest. (50 winners)

Redemption – Tickets must be picked up in person at the FreshTalk 93.3 studios, 400 Hardin Road, Suite 150, Little Rock, Arkansas by COB on Thursday, May 24th. (Close of business is 5pm Central Time). Winner must show valid government issued ID to redeem. Winner agrees by hold FreshTalk 93.3 harmless from any injuries that may come about as a result of winning this prize.

Eligibility – must be a legal resident of Arkansas, age 18 or above. Only one winner per household. Household described as persons who claim the same address and are related by birth or marriage. In order to be eligible, they must have “Liked” the FreshTalk page within the time outlined above.

Selection process – FreshTalk 93.3 will use the information provided to the Page Administrator of Facebook as the sole guide for when contestants “liked” FreshTalk 93.3 In order to win, contestant must actually have “liked” the Facebook page. Liking a post only or writing on the FreshTalk wall is not grounds for qualification, nor is writing on the persons own wall that they were watching Channel 7 or any other post on their own page.

Notification – FreshTalk 93.3 will notify all winners via a direct message on Facebook that they are a winner, and will post a list of winning names on our Facebook page. FreshTalk cannot be responsible for any contestant who does not receive that Facebook message or post. There will be no alternative notification.

Disputes – FreshTalk/Crain Media will be the sole judge in the event of any questions or disputes.
